To receive a Certificate of Acceptance for your RecyclePak® container, please complete the form below and press submit. Certificates are updated every 24 hours and new certificates are added daily. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of the container by our shipping company to process your certificate. To locate your tracking number or unique container number, please search our online knowledgebase. All requests for on-demand Certificates of Acceptance are logged for security purposes. Alternatively, please consider signing up for Veolia's Customer Information Management System (CIMS) to access our online reporting and certificate repository.
